Spent my Xmas at a hotel, it was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean. They had a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which was a great plus. The hotel also had a nice gym with well-maintained equipment. They had a wide variety of food options from different cultures which was delightful.
The hotel staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful. I had a problem with the air conditioning system in my room and despite calling the front desk a few times, no one came to fix it.

The hotel is located conveniently near to the city, making it easy to access. The rooms are spacious and clean, with staff providing helpful service throughout the stay. Breakfast is good, with a range of continental and Chinese food options available. Some guests have particularly enjoyed the Chinese food served at the hotel restaurant. there is a gym on-site for guests to use.
One aspect of the hotel is not up to par, and some guests have had issues with it.

I found the price of the rooms to be quite affordable compared to other hotels in this city. The location is great and easy to access by transportation. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast served here is also very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One Front Desk staff even offered to help exchange foreign currency for me when the accountant was delayed. The location of this place is great, situated in a nice environment and easily accessible. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. Wi-fi was available in the rooms, which was very convenient. The restaurant on-site served delicious Chinese food, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax. The staff, especially David the manager, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
